GuitarUni Terms & Conditions
Version: 1.0
Effective date: 28/09/2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of guitaruni.com, GuitarUni accounts, digital content, courses and GuitarUni Membership.
By placing an order or subscribing to a paid GuitarUni service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About GuitarUni
GuitarUni is operated by:
Rovana Partners OÜ
Registry code: 17576903
Registered office: Pärnu mnt 139b, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia
Email: info@guitaruni.com
Telephone: +36305908980
2. Products and Services
GuitarUni provides two main types of paid products:
Digital Content
This includes products supplied or made accessible after purchase, such as:
- PDFs and educational materials;
- audio and backing tracks;
- digital packs;
- pre-recorded courses;
- other downloadable or online learning content.
Membership
GuitarUni Membership is a recurring digital service that may provide access to the GuitarUni Workspace, courses, streaming content, practice tools and other membership features.
The product page will describe what is included, the price and any relevant technical or access requirements.
3. Accounts
Some GuitarUni services require an account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details secure.
Accounts, purchases and memberships are for personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not sell, transfer or share your account or paid access with others.
4. Prices, Orders and Payment
The total price, including applicable taxes and charges, will be displayed before you place your order.
Subscription products will also show their billing frequency and recurring price.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
A contract is concluded when your order is accepted and you receive confirmation from GuitarUni.
Important order and contractual information will be provided by email or another durable medium.
5. Digital Content
Unless stated otherwise, purchased Digital Content is supplied or made accessible immediately after successful payment.
Digital Content may be delivered through:
- download;
- your GuitarUni account;
- GuitarUni Workspace; or
- another method stated on the product page.
Some content may be available only for streaming or online access.
6. Membership and Automatic Renewal
GuitarUni Membership may automatically renew at the billing interval and price displayed when you subscribe.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel automatic renewal through your account or by contacting GuitarUni.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals but does not end the period you have already paid for. Access will normally continue until the end of that period.
7. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds
Detailed rules are available in our Refund, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy.
Digital Content
Where Digital Content is supplied immediately, you will be asked before purchase to:
- expressly consent to immediate supply; and
- acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once supply begins.
After this consent has been given and supply has begun, you cannot withdraw from the purchase simply because you changed your mind.
Membership
Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period for a Membership contract.
If you request that Membership starts immediately, the service may begin during this period.
If you validly withdraw after the service has started, a proportionate amount for the service already provided may be deducted where permitted by law.
Where required by law, GuitarUni will provide an online function for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Cancelling future subscription renewal and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are different actions.
8. Problems With Digital Content or Services
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If Digital Content or a digital service is defective, unavailable or does not conform to what was agreed, please contact us.
Where required by law, GuitarUni will attempt to bring the content or service into conformity.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may also be entitled to a price reduction, termination or refund.
9. Intellectual Property and Licence
GuitarUni content, including courses, PDFs, audio, videos, exercises, graphics, software and other materials, is protected by intellectual property law.
Purchasing content or a Membership does not transfer ownership of GuitarUni intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning and practice.
You may not without permission:
- resell or redistribute GuitarUni content;
- share paid content or account access with others;
- upload paid content to file-sharing or public platforms;
- commercially reproduce substantial parts of the content;
- circumvent access or copy-protection measures.
Downloadable PDFs may be stored and printed for your personal use.
10. User Content
GuitarUni Workspace may allow you to create or upload your own notes, PDFs, chord sheets, repertoire information and other materials.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own.
You give GuitarUni only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, display, back up and provide your content as part of the service.
You must have the necessary rights to any material you upload and must not use GuitarUni to infringe the rights of others.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use GuitarUni to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- distribute malware or harmful material;
- gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of GuitarUni;
- circumvent membership or access restrictions;
- unlawfully distribute paid GuitarUni content.
GuitarUni may reasonably restrict or suspend accounts in cases of fraud, serious misuse, security risks or serious/repeated breaches of these Terms.
12. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep GuitarUni available and reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
GuitarUni may update or improve its services and features.
Where changes to an ongoing digital service materially affect consumer rights, GuitarUni will provide any notice or remedies required by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
GuitarUni may use or integrate third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers or embedded media services.
Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
GuitarUni is not responsible for third-party services to the extent that an issue is outside GuitarUni’s reasonable control, without limiting any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.
Where separate consent is legally required, for example for optional cookies or marketing communications, that consent will be requested separately.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, GuitarUni is not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of the Platform, unauthorised sharing of login details, unsupported equipment or third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
GuitarUni provides educational tools and materials but does not guarantee any particular musical, professional or financial result.
16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem with GuitarUni, please contact:
info@guitaruni.com
Please provide your order number and a description of the issue where possible.
Written consumer complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable law and normally answered within 15 days.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA).
This does not limit your right to seek remedies before a competent court.
17. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
If you are a Consumer residing in another country, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
We may update these Terms where necessary because of changes to GuitarUni, legal requirements or security and technical developments.
The version applicable to a completed one-time purchase will normally be the version in effect when the purchase was made.
Material changes affecting an ongoing subscription will be communicated where required by law.
Previous versions may be retained for contractual and compliance purposes.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Refund, Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 28/09/2026
This Policy applies to purchases made from GuitarUni, operated by Rovana Partners OÜ, registry code 17576903, Pärnu mnt 139b, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia.
1. Digital Content and Courses
GuitarUni sells digital content such as downloadable PDFs, audio materials, educational packs and pre-recorded online courses.
Digital content is normally supplied or made accessible immediately after successful payment.
Before purchasing digital content for immediate delivery, you will be asked to:
- expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content; and
- acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the supply begins.
Once the digital content has been supplied or access has begun following this consent, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is defective, unavailable or does not conform to what was agreed.
2. GuitarUni Membership
GuitarUni Membership is a continuously provided digital service.
Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, starting from the date the subscription contract is concluded.
If you choose to start your membership immediately, you will be asked to expressly request that the service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period.
If you exercise your valid right of withdrawal after the membership has already started, GuitarUni may deduct a proportionate amount corresponding to the service already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
Your membership access will end when the withdrawal takes effect.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
Cancelling a subscription is different from exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your GuitarUni Membership through your account or by contacting us.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation:
- prevents the next renewal payment; and
- allows you to continue using the membership until the end of the period already paid for.
After that period, access to membership-only content and features will end.
4. Defective or Unavailable Digital Content
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If purchased digital content or a digital service:
- cannot be accessed;
- is materially defective;
- is not supplied as described; or
- otherwise does not conform to the contract,
please contact us.
Where required by applicable law, we will first attempt to correct the problem or bring the content or service into conformity.
Where this is not possible or where applicable law provides otherwise, you may be entitled to a price reduction, termination of the contract or a refund.
5. Refunds
We do not normally provide refunds for a change of mind where:
- digital content has already been supplied after you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal; or
- a subscription has been ordinarily cancelled for a future renewal period.
This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.
Where a statutory refund is due, it will be processed within the legally required period and normally using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise it without giving a reason.
You may use the withdrawal functionality provided through your GuitarUni account or send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
